High school Parents and Wrestlers
The Parent Meeting sceduled for 11/18 has been moved to a later date due to the football season being longer. The meeting is TBA.
Scrimage this weekend (Sat.) @ Mentor Bus leaves @ 7:45 from the High school
Weight certification next week 11/26

Flowrestling: is a secondary site for the Avon Wrestling team. On this site you can find all our matches and highlights from Youth to Varsity. Here is what you need to do:
1) Go to flowrestling.com
2) click flowrestler
3) log-in or register (all you need is an e-mail account)
4) Please use somthing easy you will go months with out logging in.
Ex: User name: Your name
Password: Your address
